Just calm down. Its perfectly normal for a hamster to change sleeping places. And yes we did just have a small earthquake and animals can sense it even if we don't.As long as she is still attitude wise fine and happy, its all fine. Even if it hurt her, most hamster will return, my hamster did the same thing and for half a month she didn't return into it, but then she started sleeping in there. As for the stuffing, dont be to worried, Thats what my hamster also did. They use it to get comfy, it can dig its way through. And if your not there when it happens, dont worry either A) She will find her way down B) you wil lbe there after a little bit. It’s okay. Just calm down.
